SHFT 002 · ONE-OF-ONE
THE OPENING
NATURAL AMETHYST PORTAL · CALCITE + QUARTZ
$1,888.00
A rare, sculptural amethyst formation defined by a naturally occurring portal through the upper body of the specimen.
The interior reveals layers of lavender amethyst, clear and milky quartz, secondary calcite formations, smoky mineral zoning and warm iron-rich inclusions — evidence of the different stages of mineral growth that created the piece over time.
DETAILS
One-of-one natural amethyst portal specimen featuring lavender amethyst, clear and milky quartz, secondary calcite formations, smoky mineral zoning and warm iron-rich inclusions.
Its naturally occurring opening and layered mineral growth make this specimen entirely individual in form.
INTENTION
The Opening was intentionally associated with abundance — not simply as accumulation, but as the willingness to create room for possibility, opportunity, creativity, connection and prosperity.
Its story is about becoming receptive to more.
RITUAL
Before being offered, The Opening was intentionally cleared, recharged beneath the full moon and held with the intention of abundance.
Its individual one-card tarot pull was the Eight of Swords.
THE STORY
Make room
for more.
The Opening was selected first for what could already be seen: a sculptural amethyst formation with a small natural portal through the upper body of the specimen.
The opening interrupts the mass of the stone. It creates space where we expect solidity.
That physical detail became even more meaningful once the specimen was held with an intention of abundance and received its individual tarot pull.
The card was the Eight of Swords.
THE ENERGY
AMETHYST
CALCITE + QUARTZ
This specimen reveals several distinct stages of mineral formation within one object.
Lavender amethyst moves through layers of clear and milky quartz, while secondary calcite formations, smoky mineral zoning and warm iron-rich inclusions create variation throughout the piece.
Amethyst is traditionally associated with clarity, intuition, calm and reflective awareness. Quartz is often symbolically connected with clarity and amplification, while calcite is associated in crystal traditions with movement and renewal.
For SHFT, the physical layering of this specimen became part of its story: growth does not always happen all at once. Sometimes it builds in stages.
THE OBJECT SIGNATURE
EIGHT OF SWORDS
RELEASE LIMITATION · SEE POSSIBILITY · MAKE SPACE · RECEIVE
The Eight of Swords may seem like an unexpected card to pull for an object held with the intention of abundance.
Traditionally, the card speaks to restriction — the experience of feeling stuck, limited or unable to see a way forward.
But the figure on the card is not without options. There is space between the swords. There is an opening.
Paired with this specimen, the message became clear:
Abundance can begin when we release the belief that there isn't enough.
