We begin with certified Emotion Code techniques and use muscle testing to let your subconscious help identify trapped emotional energy connected to the focus of the session.
With 60 minutes, there is more room to continue when one release leads naturally into another layer rather than stopping because the clock has reached the end of a shorter session.
We may also work with energetic or chakra-focused patterns as they become relevant to the session.
After the energy work, I create a custom tapping sequence from what surfaced, pull one tarot card for reflection and forward navigation, and prepare personalized integration notes for you to return to afterward.
You still don't have to narrate everything. Your participation can be as verbal or as quiet as feels right.
